The historic Promnice Hunting Lodge is currently a cosy and compact hotel and restaurant,
picturesquely situated by Paprocany Lake. The Lodge came into being in 1861, built to a design by Olivier Pavelt in the English neo-Gothic style for Duke of Pszczyna Jan Henryk XI Hochberg. It has stood in its unaltered form, harmoniously integrated into the forest landscape, up until today.
